Orders head out from around 8am, but arrival times vary depending on your address and the driver's route.

We've asked our drivers to call before arriving, though this may not always happen. If the driver calls and there's no answer, they may leave your order in a general area such as the lobby, parcel table or with security.

If you haven't received your order by 4pm, just WhatsApp us and we'll help you track it. 😊

Yes, where possible! 🙌 To keep delivery affordable, we usually collate multiple orders along a route so the cost is shared. A specific time means arranging a dedicated driver just for your order, so the fee will be higher. Just WhatsApp us before ordering and we'll give you a quote.

Not quite! For Klang Valley we mainly use Lalamove car drivers so your cookies stay in a cool, air-conditioned environment throughout the journey. 🚗❄️

Because drivers need to stay with their cars, they generally can't park and come up to individual units — they'll usually meet you at the ground floor, lobby, or security counter. If your building has security, let us know in advance if you'd prefer the order left with them.

We'll reach you on WhatsApp using the number you provide, to confirm and coordinate delivery — so please make sure it's correct and reachable on WhatsApp. 💬
